Our estate planning practice encompasses all aspects of succession planning. This includes preparing Living Trusts, Wills, and Durable Powers of Attorney for Health and/or Asset Management. We also assist with trust administrations upon the settlor's death or incapacity.
Probate is the process of transferring a deceased person's assets to those named in his or her will, if any, or to their next of kin, as determined by statute, if he or she died without a will. We assist with all court proceedings, court documents, and the non-court related probate administration tasks.
We also assist with Trust Administrations following a death.
We prepare Last Wills and Testament, Advance Health Care Directives (aka Living Wills), and HIPAA Authorization forms.
**This is included in our Estate Planning practice.**
