Biography
I represent individuals in all matters related to the workplace, including unpaid wages and overtime, workplace discrimination, and wrongful termination. I bring an open ear and a thoughtful approach to each case. I gained invaluable experience working for four years at a medium-size California law firm that exclusively practiced employment law. During that time I handled numerous cases involving wage and hour laws, including failure to pay overtime, failure to provide meal breaks, and misclassification of employees as exempt. I also wrote extensively and presented workshops throughout the State on current changes to wage and hour laws.
While not practicing law, I represent on a volunteer basis immigrants seeking refuge in this country. I have also been a regular volunteer at the San Francisco SPCA for the past five years. I live with my fiancé and our two cats in San Francisco.
