I manage the  global  immigration  team of the Immigration Practice Group,  specializing in global visas and  compliance at  Gibney in San Francisco, California. I have practiced Immigration and Nationality Law since 1997.

I am skilled at managing high-volume international personnel transfers, including short term and long term assignments, for large multinational companies in the high technology, manufacturing and financial sectors. I specialize in assisting global corporations in designing, developing and implementing successful international visa programs. I have established strong working relationships with premier service providers worldwide and have extensive  knowledge of the rules and procedures associated with the global  business visa and work permit processes.
