Posted by Dennis D | July 14, 2011 | Wrongful Termination

Pamela Pitt is the best friend of any employee who experiences Wrongful Termination or Unfair Labor Practices in the workplace.

I had the good fortune to be represented by Attorney Pam Pitt from the year 2010 to 2011 in a wrongful termination, failure to accommodate and discrimination case. Pam and her staff were co-counsel with The Spencer Law Firm (see my AVVO & Yelp reviews) who together carried my case through to completi...on and a winning settlement from 2006 to 2011. Pam and her staff assistant, Maria Bourn, took on the role of co-counsel during the last year of my 5 plus year case. Although my case was very detailed and complex Pam and her staff became familiar with every nuance of my case and coached me expertly prior to mediation and during the settlement negotiations from her offices in San Francisco. Anyone considering a Wrongful Termination action or unfair labor practice lawsuit would benefit from Pam’s patient and professional expertise. She works with you like a friend and teacher to make sure you understand the process and what to expect. She understands the pain of discrimination and uses her knowledge, sense of humor and southern charm to help you survive. Where else could you ride with your attorney at 8:00am, across San Francisco from Bart to a mediation office, listening to Emmy Lou Harris to keep calm and collected before the settlement negotiations? I highly recommend Pamela Pitt and her staff.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
