My litigation practice focuses primarily in the areas of trusts/estates, real estate, and business disputes. I advise and guide my clients throughout every phase of dispute resolution and handle all stages of litigation through trial, post-trial motions, and appeals. I am licensed in CA and NY and have been practicing since 2003, handling cases in state and federal courts.
I am a founding partner/shareholder of Lvovich & Szucsko, P.C., a 6-attorney firm providing services in the areas of real estate litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, business and intellectual property disputes, probate, wills/trusts litigation, estate planning, family law, domestic violence, and civil restraining orders. We provide services to individuals, as well as small and medium-sized businesses, guiding and supporting our clients in every-day transactions as well as representing them in negotiations and disputes ranging from trivial misunderstandings to lawsuits in state and federal courts. Milla is professional and efficient. She did not handle my case from beginning to end but helped during my deposition and trial. It was not a problem at all because Milla is very expressive and gets her points across fast. She is also very honest about my situation and gives good advice.
