Hilary Kristina Hedemark

I have been practicing since 2008; and focus my attention on estate planning, probate and real estate matters. My office works closely with clients to ensure that a positive result is achieved. We assist clients with all matters of Trust Administration, drafting of wills, trusts, advanced health care directives and probate litigation.

We also help many same sex couples with estate planning matters as they are now legally entitled to the same benefits following the Supreme Court's overturning of DOMA.

Real estate litigation and dispute matters that we assist with include HOA disputes, property line issues, purchase and sale contracts, contract review.
