Biography
I have been practicing criminal law for over 35 years - first as a Deputy District Attorney, then as a Public Defender, then as a private Criminal Defense Attorney since 1983. I have handled all matters involving criminal defense - both State and Federal - and have tried hundreds of cases and handled thousands of cases. I handle felonies and misdemeanors as well as DMV and other administrative hearings. When you retain my services, you can be assured that you will get my personal attention - i do not send other attorneys to handle my cases. Also, the initial consultation is free and I can schedule a weekend consultation by appointment. If you are accused of a crime, consult with an attorney immediately.. If you are being questioned in relation to a crime, you must invoke your "Miranda" rights to remain silent and your right to consult with an attorney before you answer any questions.
