Biography
So many attorneys have what I consider to be a poor "bedside manner". Why is it so difficult for so many attorneys to treat their clients like family?
For me, there is no higher honer than to be told by a client that they trust me enough to let me handle some of the most difficult and frightening issues they may face. That bond with my clients is incredibly important to me, and too rare to find these days with other attorneys.
I was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA. After receiving my Bachelors Degree from CSU Bakersfield, I attended law school at Pepperdine University School of Law
After working at at Kern County Public Defender’s office for a year, I went into private practice, where I felt I could do the most good.
I was also a Judge Pro Tem for the Kern County Superior Court.
While I'm well-versed in many areas of the law, such as Criminal Defense, Social Security/Disability, Personal Injury and Business Litigation, I've focused on Bankruptcy and Family Law (Divorce Mediation, specifically) as the primary ways to help people who need it the most.
I have personally filed thousands of cases, and can’t go anywhere without saying “Hi” to existing and former clients.
I'm married, have four great kids, a Pug named “Co-Pilot”, and am an instrument-rated private pilot.
I look forward to providing you with the personalized service you deserve.
