He is a great lawyer that gets results, puts his clients at ease and doesn't cost an arm and a leg

I first spoke with Thomas because their firm offered free legal advice. After talking to Thomas, I was immediately put at ease. He is a great people person who takes the time to really look into the facts of the case. Two things that stood out to me was that he doesn't offer the moon and the stars to get his clients attention. Second, he is not quick to agree to a plea. He doesn't just let the prosecutor put one over on him. I truly think he's a great guy and a great lawyer that gets results and makes the process as painless as possible !!!

Theft

Had an issue related to left in 2010 went from a felony down to a misdemeanor. Recently just went to court hired the same attorney Thomas Dean and he got my case expunged. Did a totally awesome job the first time and the second time in. Thank you so much Thomas Dean. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

5 stars aren't enough

My experience with Mr. Thomas Degn like finding light in a dark room. While in the most stressful time in my life dealing with my case hiring Mr. Degn was the best decision I had ever made! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and WILL fight for you. If it wasn't for Tom I wouldn't be here now and my family and I are truly indebted to him for not only his services and tenacity in the courtroom but also his comfort and support through the entire process. Not everyone is use to the courtroom setting and how the judicial system works, Tom keeps you informed and upto date with what you should expect throughout the process and will explain what options are available good or bad ... it's the real world with real problems in it and you NEED a real attorney and Thomas W. Degn is that attorney! I am truly grateful, thank you

Thomas westwood Degn, Best dam attorney ever

Thomas Westwood Degn, proved it himself, to be the best attorney ever. I was booked for robbery, assult, and vandalism. He fought the case for me and did a fantastic job. He had my back to the end and fought hard. Just wanna thank him so much, because if it wasnt for his hard work,effort, and skills I wouldnt be spending the holidays with my family. Thanks Tom Degn

A few years ago Mr. Degn helped me with a criminal matter. He filled me with confidence that we would prevail at the same time kept me informed of all options and possibility's. He did a excellent job of preparing my case and presenting it to a jury. We won easily. His fees were fair. He always considered my input and was responsive.He handled my case with the highest level of professionalism. I am grateful to have had Mr. Degn there when I needed him. This is high praise but he earned it.

An Honest Attorney

Tom will point you in the right direction even if it means sending you to another attorney. He will be honest with you and not just tell you what you want to hear. He has helped me with LLC filings, land deals, and counsel on other business partenerships.

My experience with Tom Degn

Tom really went to bat for me. I have worked with dozens of attorneys in my life over the years and often times did not get the attention and desired outcomes I was looking for. Tom was both attentitive and got better results than I thought possible. I would hire him again and I would highly recomend him to a friend.

A personal review for Thomas W. Degn

Tom accepted my case when I don't believe many other attorneys would have. He worked extremely hard and never gave up even though it appeared at times my case was not going be settled in my favor. Tom persevered and won the settlement for me and I will always be grateful.

Depends on your needs

If you need a good attorney who really knows the court system in this county, who can and will work hard for you, then Tom is the one I would choose again. My need was a small issue that turned into large issue that Tom handled exceptionally.
