A lawyer with integrity and professionalism

Timothy and I have been colleagues for a couple of years now. Without hesitance, I can say that he is an incredibly hard worker and excellent attorney. In my opinion, Timothy's standout quality has to be his ability to unburden his clients of complicated legal processes, while genuinely caring enough... to keep them fully informed of progress and options.

Talented estate planning attorney

I have worked closely with Timothy A. Follett, Esq. He is a talented and dedicated attorney who zealously represents his clients. He is very client focused and works with the highest ethical standards from my experience with Mr. Follett. Knowledgeable, Compassionate Professional

Tim Follett was very thorough in explaining my existing trust when my husband died. I wish I had originally had him do the first trust. Very thorough with his work and follow ups. I appreciated his attitude toward family and his character. I will continue to use his services as he is one of those v...aluable people you need in your life.

Great Attorney

Great attorney. He made the process stress free. He took the time to talk with me and answer my questions. I never felt rushed. I am very happy with his work and price.
