To make the best use of time, before the telephone consult, the office sent me a simple questionnaire to fill out prior to the paid telephone consult. This form asked for background information about the purpose of the call and what I hoped to accomplish. This was a good idea as I was able to distill my thoughts into direct questions and think of other questions that could be answered during the consult. By giving the information prior, David P was up to speed on what I needed and no time was wasted. If you are a owner/landlord with rental property I suggest you have a consultation (telephone works well) with David if you have any inkling or thought there may be any legal or potential legal challenges in dealing with tenants.
