Maxwell Briskman Stanfield

I am a corporate and real estate attorney with a broad range of transactional experience. My experience covers a wide array of corporate, business, financial and commercial real estate transactions. I assist clients primarily with the drafting and interpretation of contracts; the purchase and sale of businesses; the purchase, sale and leasing of real property; the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of commercial lending transactions; the formation and representation of nonprofit organizations; and the formation and structuring of business entities. My clients include businesses, start-ups, individual business owners, investors, nonprofit organizations and other entrepreneurs. In addition, I have experience with franchise agreements and a wide variety of matters in the hospitality and entertainment industry, including the drafting, negotiating and review of agreements relating to hotels, restaurants, entertainment venues and country clubs.
