Mr. Alwill provided excellent legal service on a case for employment discrimination that I had brought after enduring a very intimidating work environment. I am a single mother and the sole provider for my children. I was frantic that if I lost my job, my kids and I would be out on the street. But going to work became almost more than I could bear.
Mr. Alwill walked me through a strategy for how we should best approach the problem, while preparing the legal documents to serve on my employer. Once my employer was served, the harassment stopped. Under his guidance, I had found other work in a related field so that when the case went forward, I was no longer at my old firm.
My settlement was almost 50% higher than we had anticipated.
