I would recommend Mindy to anyone. I was looking at nine months in DUI school possible jail time and a felony on my record. I received 3 months DUI school no jail time and a DEJ program so no felony if I complete everything I'm suppose to do. It was a miracle and I was so scared and Mindy calmed my n...erves and told me what could happen but how she would fight for me for the best possible results and she got it for me. I would recommend Mindy to anyone looking for an excellent Attorney who cares about her clients.

Mindy was and still is very attentive to my DUI case. She handled everything for me in a timely and professional manner. Not only did she care for me as a client but she also cared for my well being as a client, she also cared about my well being when I lost my job. I was sorta a pain in the butt for... her at first because of my hectic work schedule but she kept me on my toes about handling my case so she could get me the best deal possible. I find it to be absurd anyone could say she doesn't answer emails or phone calls. She was very diligent and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had about my case. She also gave me more than a fair deal on my fees and gave me an ample amPle amount of time to come up with the payment. She worked very hard for me and even when I set a court date myself I didn't know she would be in the court room that morning but when the judge had noticed I was her client he asked if she would be needed to respond for me. Although I could've handled this myself she insisted on going up and requesting a later date for y furlough so I could quickly get out of court an to work. She definitely goes above and beyond for her clients even when she doesn't have to. She most definitely is the best DUI attorney in Ventura county, and I highly recommend her services to anyone.

I hired Mindy on the recomendation of a friend who hired her and she did a great job for me. I was twice the legal limit BAC, which is a second count, and she got that second count dismissed. She handled all of my appearances personally. I did not have to show up in court. She was friendly, respon...sive, knowlegable, and had the experience and personal connections to get things done. She kept me informed at each step and was honest about what she could and could not do for me. I would hire her again (hopefully I won't need to) and I would recommend her to anyone!

First, let me say that after I received my initial DUI in December 2011, of course, I received no less than 100 letters from lawyers across the state of California attempting to secure my business and take my case. How the hell was I suppose to choose, especially since it had been only 4 months sinc...e I had moved to California from the East Coast!!! I will not go into my process of elimination but obviously I was left with Mindy's profile and letter in my lap. So, I gave her a call and the first sign that made me know that I had made a fantastic choice was her hospitable, welcoming, and non-judgemental tone with me...she told me that I sounded like too much of a nice guy to have such a bad thing happen...that made me feel so at ease, especially since I was a novice to the lawyer "game". Our first person to person encounter was just as great. It was obvious that she was not out to break my bank account, because the fee was more than reasonable compared to what friends of mine had paid to their lawyers. So, let me jump right into my case...I was charged with a second DUI in the same month of December!!! How unlucky! But, Mindy accepted my second case and the charge for this one was even less than the first. Mindy was very honest about my chances, my options, and her ability to make this work in my favor. What was the most impressive thing about Mindy was that she continued to push out my case month after month for a year…a whole year until she got the judge that would give me the most leniant sentence!!! Now everyone with any common sense knows that this is not looked highly upon by judges and Mindy definitely received her share of heart ache over my case. But because it was less about the business or the money, Mindy’s main objective was to make sure that I received the least impactful sentence possible, even at her expense! I told friends of mine about this and they were like “my lawyer seems disinterested in my welfare and more about the money and closing my case ASAP”. I could go on and on but 4000 characters is not enough to describe the pleasant experience I had with Mindy as my lawyer and I know that sounds funny since I was being charged with 2 DUI’s lol. Nevertheless, Mindy always stayed in contact, always let me know where my case stood, always let me know of her strategy in trying my case, and most of all, Mindy put my well being FIRST at all times. I highly recommend Mindy for anyone out there who has a stack of letters in front of them from lawyers. If I were you, I would quickly sort through them and trash them all until you come to the one that says “Mindy McQueen”. I am more than impressed and more than pleased. I was arrested for DUI a few months ago and Mindy closed my case this week with the best result I could hope for given the circumstances. I was arrested for DUI in Ventura county and had a BAC of .19. In addition to the standard charges of the DUI, I was facing severe repercussions of a .15 enhanceme...nt charge. This would include a 9 month alcohol class and court ordered stipulations against being in establishments that serve alcohol for 3 years. The severity of these would truly affect my professional life. Fantastic Mindy was able to get the DA to drop this additional charge. I still have to complete my responsibilities in regards to the general DUI charge but it seems so much more feasible now with Mindy's help. Administratively Mindy made this process so easy for me.
