Mrs. McQueen took on my DUI case around 2 years ago. Although there was no accident or injuries, with north of .25 BAC and all the evidence stacked against me, I had very little hope that I would come out of the situation without losing my license and/or more jailtime. So the nightmare started and I was extremely concerned and lost in what to do in the process of an upcoming DUI conviction. The first hurdle it seemed was choosing an attorney and after researching came across Mindy McQueen. I, like most of you, searched the web for the best qualified DUI lawyer. I had picked 3. After speaking with all 3, I was convinced that Mindy was the righrt one. She came across as knowledgeable with many years of expirience. As it turned out, I made the right choice. Mine was a border line case.
