Don Worley has specialized in personal injury and wrongful death cases arising out of vehicular collisions, pedestrian and motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability cases and aviation and watercraft accidents for 35 years, and has practiced in Ventura County since 1981. He is active in various bar organizations, including Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association (Past President), and has served as a Judge Pro Tem and on various committees of the Ventura County Superior Court.
He has certified recognition of experience by CTLA in the fields of Product Liability, Trial Law, General Personal Injury and Professional Negligence, and has lectured at seminars sponsored by the California Trial Lawyers Assn., American Board of Trial Advocates, Ventura County Trial Lawyers Assn. and many other law-related organizations.
