Mrs. McQueen took on my DUI case around 2 years ago. Although there was no accident or injuries, with north of .25 BAC and all the evidence stacked against me, I had very little hope that I would come out of the situation without losing my license and/or more jailtime. Mindy explained the situation, ...expressed that it was not going to be easy but that she would fight to get me the best possible outcome. After following her instructions on next steps, she finally was able to get me informal probation, a few hours of community service, and NO jailtime. A year later, I regretfully broke a clause of my probation and ended up calling Mrs. McQueen again. As done previously, I followed her instructions, and I was able to come out of it with zero punishment. Mindy was amazing and personable for me as she worked hard to get my charges dropped!! Worth every dime because she fights for you as hard as she can! My nightmare started in a rental car on my way from LAX up through Ventura where I got pulled over and arrested for DUI. Not good. I blew a .20 and this was after I had been driving for an hour. I was in Cali for work, and am from New York, so I thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown. The ne...xt day after they released me from the absolute hellhole I was kept in (with 5 other inmates), I googled DWI lawyers Ventura and called the first person that popped up.
