I'm telling you do not even look at another review or call anybody else. Do yourself a favor and call Mindy Mcqueen and she will absolutely do a great job for you and get fantastic results. She is worth every penny you pay her and she will be working hand over foot for you to get the best possible ou...tcome in your case. I made a mistake like everybody else does and I have personal knowledge about how the Ventura County Court system can be. I really was expecting some jail time or at least work release and I received zero jail time and no work release. Simply Amazing. Mindy answers her calls personally and gets back to you promptly. You will be explained how the process works in detail and what you need to do every step of the way. There is a reason why she has such a high rating, it's because she deserves it and she's damn good at what she does. I have probably written 1 other review for anything in the past because my time is valuable and I don't have much of it but I will spend the time to write this review because Mindy does such a great job for her clients. I can't say enough good things about her but you will be giving yourself the best chance possible when you hire her.

Mindy McQueen represented me and is by far, the most knowledgable, strategic, well connected attorney i've ever met. I spoke to alot of others prior to hiring Mindy and knew exactly what questions to ask, yet no one was as straight forward with me as she was. Obviously, she is in demand and busy but ...i never went a single day without having a call returned, question answered and by far appreciated her promptness and candor. Getting a DUI can bring so much shame to most and a tremendous amount of guilt. Mindy always reminded me that a poor decision does not define me and that this too shall pass. (JUST DONT DO IT AGAIN) I felt like Mindy fought for me as if she were defending her own flesh and blood and that meant the world to me. Never once did she mislead me, give false hope or unrealistic expectations and i was amazed by how well she could predict the outcome..I was VERY grateful to be represented by her and somehow, after blowing nearly 3X the legal limit, My Queen, i mean, Mindy McQueen (one in the same) was able to get me off with ZERO jail time, ZERO community service, NO interlock and all i have to do is pay some fines and complete a 9 month alcohol school. Bottomline, if you have been arrested for a dui in ventura county and don't hire Mindy McQueen you are simply not giving yourself a fair shot. I recently hired mindy for a dui case i got last year.from the moment i talked to her i knew i had made the right choice.she was very friendly and trustworthy,she handled my case like a true professional.i didnt have to appear in court and miss out of work.she kept me informed about every detail abou...t my case.she worked with the dmv and kept me driving two months after my arrest.after all she got the dui reduced to a reckless and i didnt have to install the interlock device.i couldnt be happier about that.i would recommend mindy mcqueen to anyone who wants the best outcome of a bad situation

I hired Mindy on the recomendation of a friend who hired her and she did a great job for me. I was twice the legal limit BAC, which is a second count, and she got that second count dismissed. She handled all of my appearances personally. I did not have to show up in court. She was friendly, respon...sive, knowlegable, and had the experience and personal connections to get things done. She kept me informed at each step and was honest about what she could and could not do for me. I would hire her again (hopefully I won't need to) and I would recommend her to anyone!
