Mindy McQueen has handled two cases for me. In September, 2011, I was arrested for DUI. My BAC was .29! I was looking at a mandatory jail sentence of 72 hours. Mindy persuaded the court to give me probation and NO JAIL TIME!!! In December, 2012, I was arrested ... for Public Intoxication. A violation of my Probation for the DUI in September, 2011. I was looking at mandatory jail time, once again. I had clearly violated the terms and conditions of my Probation : NO alcohol consumption for 3 years!!!
