I felt my case was doomed from the start, but Mindy fought for me every step of the way (and still is!). She is very friendly, smart, hard working and doesn't give ...up! Mindy was and still is very attentive to my DUI case. She handled everything for me in a timely and professional manner. Not only did she care for me as a client but she also cared for my well being as a client, she also cared about my well being when I lost my job. I was sorta a pain in the butt for... her at first because of my hectic work schedule but she kept me on my toes about handling my case so she could get me the best deal possible. I find it to be absurd anyone could say she doesn't answer emails or phone calls. She was very diligent and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had about my case. She also gave me more than a fair deal on my fees and gave me an ample amPle amount of time to come up with the payment. She worked very hard for me and even when I set a court date myself I didn't know she would be in the court room that morning but when the judge had noticed I was her client he asked if she would be needed to respond for me. Although I could've handled this myself she insisted on going up and requesting a later date for y furlough so I could quickly get out of court an to work. She definitely goes above and beyond for her clients even when she doesn't have to. She most definitely is the best DUI attorney in Ventura county, and I highly recommend her services to anyone.

I thought all was lost when I was pulled over on 12/31/11 in LA County. Now as of June 13, I can breathe a sigh of relief! Long story short I blew a 0.10 and the blood came back 0.11 - not good. The police report was not helping my case and Mindy knew she had her work cut out. In the end my DUI en...ded up a wet reckless thanks to her tireless efforts! She started with the DMV - kept me driving until June 27 (the date I requested and she was able to obtain...who knew?!). She had me sign up for the 3 month alcohol class early which made the judge happy (not to mention I can drive for the 1st month of it). In court the case got delayed because of the cops mess up, then delayed again due to circumstances beyond our control. Ended up being a blessing. It was so obvious that the DA and judge had a lot of respect for Mindy. She was able to talk the DA into a wet reckless at the last minute and saved me a bunch of money and the headache of an interlock device, further suspension and a DUI on my record. As a side note, she was able to get an early appearance the day before my actual court date. My grandfather died and I needed to leave town at the last minute. I truly thought I would miss the funeral, but thanks to Mindy the judge offered his condolences and then sent me on my way to LAX where I made a photo finish in catching my place. Because of Mindy I was able to eulogize my grandfather and say goodbye. This woman is a Saint! Listen to everything she tells you and do what she says and you can't go wrong. She is not the cheapest - but in the long run she's a bargain. You will get what you pay for, the best representation around!

Without a doubt, Mindy McQueen, was the best lawyer to handle my DUI/Child endangerment case.
