So the nightmare started and I was extremely concerned and lost in what to do in the process of an upcoming DUI conviction. The first hurdle it seemed was choosing an attorney and after researching came across Mindy McQueen. I came to see Mindy for my case for a unique reason. Mindy Mc Queen was very knowledgeable and professional . I hired her for a DMV hearing NOT involved with a DUI, but an accident. I am a senior citizen. Where do I begin?! I found myself being pulled and in a situation where charges for impaired driving were laid. Given what transpired, the outlook of beating the charges looked pretty bleak to me. I ended up getting a really bad DUI in April 2014 and they sent me a letter in late December saying i would have court in January. I was completely nervous and had no idea what i was going to do.
