Where to start?!?! We were self-represented through a high conflict divorce which didn't end with a great custody/visitation schedule considering the distance between us and our children/the ex (we live out of state). For those of you who are in or have been in a high conflict divorce/custody battle, you know how distressing it can be. There were times when we were so emotionally overwhelmed that it was hard to stay calm and rational, but there was Holly - assuring us every step of the way and being the voice of reason. She helped us try to navigate our non-court options, and when that didn't work she represented us in court (rather than us having to make the long trip down to California every time); ultimately she was able to get a new order set that better suits our situation. Even after all was said and done she has still been there to answer our questions and to provide advice. Divorce and custody battles can be so expensive, but Holly is worth every penny - and more! Her pricing was reasonable to begin with and she was even willing to work with us to help contain costs as much as possible. I will not hesitate to use Holly again in the future if needed, and I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking legal help with family law.

Holly helped me in my difficult time to move forward with my life. Before I begin, just remember dad's... you have rights and your children are worth it. I interviewed two men, one that was overly-aggressive, and the other that seemed indifferent. I contacted Holly and what I remember most about my initial conversation with her was how she seemed to really care.... Took the time to listen, showed understanding of my situation, and what sticks out in my mind is that she said, “in the end the truth always comes out.” …so I hired her. I was in a situation where the cards were stacked against me. My now ex-wife was very familiar with the court-system and had even testified against her own biological mother several years before... when my ex found out I wanted to leave her, she was so upset that she took our children, went to the local police and made a false accusation of domestic violence, they arrested me based on the accusation, I posted bail, walking home stunned, only to get a phone call from her the next morning as she read a temporary restraining order. I was thrust into unfamiliar territory as I’ve never been thru mediation, court, proceedings, criminal charges, etc… Holly fought for me wave after wave after wave for almost 2 years … the results: Everything I asked for I got…why?
