Biography
For more than 25 years, I’ve dedicated my career to defending good people caught in bad situations. From DUIs and traffic offenses to serious felony charges, I know how overwhelming the criminal justice system can feel when it seems like the odds are stacked against you. My job is to level the playing field and protect your rights every step of the way.
I’ve built strong working relationships with judges, prosecutors, and court staff throughout Southern California. Those connections, combined with my experience, give my clients a real advantage both inside and outside the courtroom. I understand when to negotiate and when to take a case to trial, and I’ve handled thousands of cases by using that judgment to get the best possible results.

Wonderful experience
Finding a good out-of-state attorney is challenging but I took a leap of faith and hired Mark Gallagher. I couldnt be more pleased. Working with Mark was a pleasure. I would definately recommend and hire him again if need be.
