Great attorney ,saved me and my family ,Wow!!

Jimmy represented me on 2nd and 3rd DUI without having to do any jail time with livable court consequences .Then I picked up 4th felony DUI which had me in a tailspin not knowing what to do or who should represent me .I talked to different attorney's and picked a "so called 4th DUI specialist" . She ...managed to keep me out of jail but the residential treatment program she recommended ,I was in after 3 months ,told me I would not be able to return to work so I could continue to pay them and all my other financial obligations .So in essence would most likely have to do jail time anyways .I called Jimmy which I should have never doubted his ability to get best outcome for me and my family .He was able to modify my sentence so I did not have to do residential treatment .Im in a program using scram and doing groups on weekends and one on ones once a week . I'm also able to stay at my own home without a cerfew and go back to work .I also have to do 3 months Caltrans but Jimmy said that was do to my original "4th DUI specialist telling me to accept deal court offered me cause that was best I could get " ,instead of fighting for me and my family .Jimmy couldn't guarantee a better outcome if he had been original attorney on my case but in my opinion he most likely could have . Jimmy fought for me and my family 100% more than my original attorney .also the fees he charged me on modification on my sentence was exactly 91% cheaper than fees my original 4th DUI specialist attorney charged me .On top of all that Jimmy was in constant communication with me and wife to get best outcome .He is very tech savvy and works wonders with his phone getting information he may need from courts instead of telling me it was my responsibility to get info for him ,like the other lawyer .I can't thank Jimmy enough but will anyways .Thank You Jimmy from me and my family Wow!!

Domestic violence case

I hired jimmy to represent me in a domestic violence case, where i was facing possible charges from the state, and the very likely possibility of a restraining order against my wife, 2 year old son, and 2 day old newborn boy. Jimmy or me at ease, was very thorough with letting me know what my wife a...nd i needed to do, and guided me through each step with care and understanding. Jimmy stopped my case from ever being filed, and got it sent back to the city, and i was able to leave the court room that day, with my family, and go home with them. My life could have been turned upside down that day if not for jimmy, and i am forever grateful to have had his help

Under 21 Dui

Now I see why attorney Jimmy Cha has such high reviews, he will do everything in his power to win your case. He has many connections throughout the legal field. DUI case

I hired Attorney Cha to represent me for my first time DUI. I have never been in trouble and had no idea what to do. Awesome Criminal Defense Attroney

I was facing a serious felony and two years state prison time, and he was able to get a plead to a misdemeanor with no jail time and community service at an organization of my choosing. He seriously cared about my case and fought for me till then end. I would highly recommend Attorney Jimmy Cha.
