Jimmy is very professional and knowledgeable. Jimmy came to me as a recommendation and I cannot say enough good things about him. I had met with several other attorneys before signing up with Jimmy and was charged for meetings and hassled by previous lawyers. Needless to say, it was a blessing findin...g Jimmy to handle my case. Jimmy was always available to answer questions and are in constant contact with their clients. I will definitely recommend Jimmy to anyone in need of a good, successful DUI lawyer.

Great. Got case dismissed

I had my second DUI. It was a long process with trial and jury did not come up with a verdict. Later the judge dismissed the case. I just had a probation violation and have to take 9 month alcohol program but no jail time or labor.

After 2 weeks of trial, the jury came back hung (5 to 7 in our favor). The City Attorney refiled the case but we argued against it and was able to get the case dismissed. There was also an issue of a probation violation and the City Attorney wanted 45 days in jail. Was able to successfully argue against that as well and was able to get my client additional alcohol classes in lieu of jail or Cal Trans.

An amazing lawyer who exceeds expectations

First and most importantly (in my opinion), I want to mention that what sets attorney Jimmy Cha above many other attorneys I've corresponded with is that he ALWAYS picks up his client's phone calls, and if he doesn't you can be confident that he will return your call in a very timely manner. I speak ...from personal experience as well as that of others when many attorneys are notorious for being almost impossible to get in contact with I had originally hired Jimmy Cha in May 2010 to obtain a restraining order after I had become a victim of domestic violence and criminal threats. I have a tendency to make poor decisions, but making the initial phone call to Jimmy was one of the best decisions I ever made. Not only did he help me tremendously by ensuring that I was totally prepared for the hearing, but he also help me deal with all the negative emotions that I was dealing with due to the trauma that resulted from the domestic violence. I hired attorney Jimmy Cha a second time in September of 2011 when I got charged with misdemeanor vandalism. Due to my carelessness, there was a very strong piece of evidence against me and I had no alibi to claim any innocence. Due to this, I worried that I was going to suffer some type of consequence, like informal probation at the VERY least. But to my surprise, this was not the case. The case ultimately concluded with a civil compromise & restitution and when Jimmy told me the good news I was EXTREMELY happy, because I was almost certain that thee would be some sort of lingering punishment that I would have to deal with over an extended period of time (like probation, jail time, Cal Trans, etc). Jimmy Cha is an amazing attorney who is dedicated not only to his profession but to his clients as well, and it shows thru his very professional, responsive, intelligent, and trustworthy qualities... and I am confident that whenever I need any legal assistance Jimmy Cha will be the first as well as the only attorney that I call, he's THAT good!

Believe in JC (Jimmy Cha), you will be saved !!!

I was arrested for 3rd DUI and facing 120 days minimum in county jail. Also I was looking at additional 120 days for my probation violation from my 2nd DUI. Every lawyer I talked to told me I will get locked up for sure. Then there was Mr. Jimmy Cha. I was skeptical at first but now I am true b...eliever. Because I just got sentenced today and NO JAIL TIME whatsoever! I got off with DUI school and AA meetings. Trust in JC and his knowledge,experience, and connection in legal world will save you!

Great Attorney! Jimmy Cha really came through!

Awesome Attorney! I can't express how happy I am with Jimmy's representation. He kept me well informed and was very quick to return calls and address concerns or questions regarding my case. He is an up front kind of guy, and very assertive in the court room. My 3rd d.u.i and no jail time. The judge ...Even said, " I've never seen a person get a deal like this. You have a very good attorney who really went to bat for you. " What more can I say to that? I've hired other attorneys in the past. To be honest, I was so sure I was going to do jail time, my plan was to go with a court appointed public defender. Some might argue that Mr.Cha is a fairly new attorney but I'll say this, his passion for what he does is second to none. I know seasoned attorneys that could learn a thing or two from Jimmy.
