Great Experience!!

My experience with jimmy cha was great. He was imformative and clear as to what I should expect from my exposure in court and what the possible outcomes could be. When we were in court everything went smoothly and went fairly fast. Everything worked out even better than I expected. I faced 30 days ...of jail time and,with jimmy's help, ended up just having alcohol program. I would definitely recommended. Jimmy Cha!!

2nd DUI DROPPED with license reinstated

Mr Cha took on my 2nd DUi that was received in orange county. I was arrested for a 0.01 BAC while under probation of the first DUI. Mr Cha was able to get my case thrown out of court, as well as fight the DMV to get my license back. He was extremely professional throughout the whole process, and ...he was able to explain everything to me step by step. When i initially called him, it was fairly late in the evening (which i was surprised he answered) and he was more than happy to discuss my circumstances during that phone call, all without a guaranteed payment from me. He told me all of possibilities of what could happen flat out in the very beginning, and even encouraged me to call other lawyers and get their input on what I should do. I called two other lawyers, and after speaking to them I quickly realized Mr Cha was my man. He is a much easier person to talk to compared to other lawyers, both of which only wanted to talk about how much i was going to pay them before even getting into my situation. Mr Cha took care of everything for me, including making all appointments, going to court for me as well as answer any and ALL of my questions during many phone calls. He is extremely intertwined with the OC courts and knows his stuff and people in these courtrooms. This gives him the advantage over other lawyers that do not deal with this system on a daily basis. When it came time for the DMV administrative hearing, Mr. Cha thoroughly prepared me over half a dozen phone calls prior to the hearing and took any discomfort out of the situation. During the hearing, I was amazed to see how well prepared and organized he was with his objections and material to fight the DMV. Leaving that court room put me on cloud 9. I was amazed that he was able to get everything swept out and I walked away without a scratch. Thank you Mr. Cha!!

Excelent Lawyer

Jimmy Cha is an excellent Lawyer. He has represented me since 2008 till now, he has represented me for not one, not two, but for three dui's and has proven to me that he has the knowlendge to get what I need out of these cases. He adivse me to do things that has benefited me on my behalf which I am v...ery grateful for. For this last Dui case the DA wanted to give me a year in jail but because it was a car accident and I got injured, Jail was not an option for me. Knowing that I would not get the proper care I needed for recovery. So I did not do any jail time. He has gotten me in a dui court program in lou of jail! After reviewing this program I am very grateful, for it will help me to sober up and continue to be sober throughout this entire program and mainly keep me out of jail!

Outstanding D.U.I. Lawyer

Recently I was charged with a second D.U.I. including D.U.I. probation violation and possession of a switchblade. Initially, I contacted Mr. Cha for a quote and free consultation. I was quoted a great price and he explained all that would need to be done, and what we could do on my behalf to receive ...the best outcome. He contacted me frequently to provide updates and always acted professionally. He was able to get the charges dropped and won my D.M.V. hearing. I couldn't be happier. He also charged me less than initially quoted! Over all a great attorney and I would recommend him to people I know!

The BEST defense attorney i have encountered so far.

I was being charged with underage drinking, and possession of a controlled substance. I definitely thought i was going to jail with my already tainted record BUT luckily i was able to find Jimmy Cha, recommended by his previous clients and he has definitely lived up to his already WELL KNOWN reputati...on. He handled the case with ease, kept me informed, was DEFINITELY trustworthy. He knew the in's and out's for my case and got it dismissed with EASE. I LOVE JIMMY AHHA
