Jimmy is the best

Jimmy was an awesome lawyer to work with, he was efficient and communicated well throughout the case. I’ve worked with multiple lawyers before and most of them do the bare minimum, I can say that Jimmy was worth the money, he was able to get my case dismissed, I recommend him to anyone that needs a r...eal lawyer.

From facing serious time to seriously free. Thank you Jimmy.

After getting arrested this last year and facing a serious felony charge, I was referred to check out Jimmy Cha by a friend of our family. After looking through his reviews and hearing about what kind of person he was, I knew immediately that he was the right man for the job, and I’m so glad I truste...d my gut and trusted Jimmy with my case. Facing the dire situation that I was involved in, I couldn’t just hire any run-of-the-mill lawyer. I needed someone who was exemplary and very serious about their work, and almost just as important I wanted to hire someone who cares about people and understand the situation I was going through without judgment, and that is exactly what I got with Jimmy. He understood that I was just a normal person that got caught into an unfortunate situation and I needed help. Jimmy is not just someone who sees people as dollar signs, I believe that he truly cares about people. And he will undoubtedly put the work in and do whatever he can to help you in your time of need if you choose to hire him. I hired Jimmy Cha to represent me, and from the begging to the end he was absolutely professional. I was looking at serious jail time and the odds were seriously, seriously against me. I truly cannot understate the fact that Jimmy getting me out of serving jail time was nothing short of absolute miracle. It still blows my mind till this day, but it was after months and months of his hard work and diligence and clear communication and direction that we were able to leave the courtroom victorious. I’ve had lawyers in the past that were sometimes hard to get a hold of or communicate with, but with Jimmy it was a completely different story. He was almost always available during his office hours, and the few times that he wasn’t available he always contacted me back immediately as soon as he had the chance. Whether it be phone calls, texts, or emails, he ALWAYS got back to me in a timely manner, and he never made me feel bad or stupid about asking a lot of questions or anything like that. I always felt like he truly had my back, and he would frequently tell me that if I had any questions to feel free to contact him. Even when I had feelings of anxiety and doubt and dealing with depression over my situation, he reassured me that he was fighting for me and that he was going to do everything within his power to prevent me from going to jail. In the end I trusted him and he 100% followed through with everything that he said to me. When it came time for court Jimmy was always on time and always looked professional. He always came prepared and briefed me on everything going on every time before court was in session. In short, having Jimmy on my side during this whole ordeal was truly a blessing. I could not have asked for a better lawyer. A lawyer who cares about people and believed my story from the very beginning. If you are reading this you are in a dire situation yourself or know someone else who like me, needed someone to fight in their corner when it seems like there’s no way out, PLEASE do not hesitate to contact Jimmy Cha. Talk to him and see if he will accept you or your loved ones case. I would stake my name upon the fact that you would not regret hiring his services. If I am ever in a tough spot again I will undoubtedly be calling Jimmy.

Great Defense Lawyer

Jimmy Cha is a great defense lawyer that took care of my DUI case. He got me an amazing result and am very grateful for his work. Educated, honest, upfront and great communication!

I had a warrant out for my arrest in 2012 in California, I was in California for only 4 months in 2012 and have lived in New England and Florida ever since. I do not know anyone in CA so I researched well known attorneys in the area and came across Jimmy and his great reviews. Since the first phone c...all he was upfront with me about the price, process, what I would need to do and what he could do. He answered all of my phone calls, emailed me all the paperwork i requested and kept me updated during every step of this process. When the judge refused to lift my warrant he fought for me to be able to post bail from out of state and got the judge to sign off on it when the judge was very clear he wanted me to fly out to CA for this case. Jimmy went to court for me today for the last time and got my case dismissed!! He called me as soon as he got out of court with the great news. His pricing is extremely fair, no hidden fees or extra charges. He was a pleasure to speak with and I would recommend him to anyone I know. I also want to say that I am an addict in recovery, I have been clean and sober for over 5 years and my case was drug related. I received no judgement from Jimmy, only understanding and compassion. Jimmy is an amazing lawyer!!

JIMMY GOT YOUR BACK

I was arrested on for a DUI. I contacted Jimmy through a referral from a friend. after i got a dui, he reassured me that i would keep my license and that he'd take care of me . When i met him he was very polite and professional. Jimmy was not only able to beat the DMV hearing and save my license but... he was able to get my case thrown out in court. Thank you.
