No Regrets with Jimmy

Recently I was charged with a 2nd DUI offense with an injury to 2 chp officers. I was facing a felony with a possible 3 years sentence in state prison and racking up thousands in fines. After going to more than numerous court dates, Jimmy stayed persistent and assured me he was going to do the best h...e could. With that being said, he was able to reduce the felony to a misdemeanor, my fees dropped to $500, and substituted jail time for house arrest. But due to my own fault in an house arrest violation, I had to go to county which I was later released within 48 hours. I am very happy to have chosen Jimmy to represent me, because even with the relentless DA on our case he was able to get a deal that was near impossible. I respect that he was thorough and very honest with me when giving advice. He treated me better than just a client and definitely took on my case with much care. Thanks again Jimmy for everything! You’re the man!

Grand Theft Felony Case

Was charged with 487 pc Grand Theft Felony and hired Mr. Cha as a lawyer. He was very knowledgeable and experienced at what he was doing. Was facing jail time with fines but reduced it to community service and neotiated a deal. He was very prompt with all of my questions and had a lot of connections ...with the D.A. and presecutors in Bellflower and Norwalk courts to work around the case with best results. I was worried about going to jail and he kept me out to save my life and future. I would definitely recommend him as the best lawyer to handle any criminal cases.

Great!

I had several misdemeanor probation violations, failure to appears, prior pleas that included jail time, several traffic tickets, with fees amounting to over $10,000, and about 2 years of jail hanging over my head in 2 different counties. He was able to recall all my warrants and failure to appears, ...reduce my fees and fines, and prevent me from having probation violations. Over all a great lawyer!!!

Superb lawyer!

I was being charged with a DUI with an injury. I was really on the fence about getting a lawyer due to everyone having different opinions about them when it comes to a criminal case. Not only am I glad I got a lawyer, I am glad that I chose Jimmy Cha to represent me. I have heard the horror stories o...thers have had when it comes to lawyers, yet my experience was everything but that. Jimmy was straightforward from the get go. Never promising anything he couldn’t do, and ultimately fulfilling his goal that he set from the beginning about my case. I was looking at 6 months in county jail, due to the circumstances of my case. Not only did I not spend one day in jail, I was able to complete community service instead of jail time. The relationships Jimmy has built at North Court in Fullerton allowed him to personally speak on my behave to the district attorney and the Judge about my case. That was ultimately the deciding factor to cut me the deal I got. I would personally recommend Jimmy to represent anyone who gets into trouble, and plan to work with him again to expunge this from my record.

Professional and Knowledgeable

Jimmy reduced my speed exhibition misdemeanor charge to a speeding ticket, then got it all dismissed without me going to court. He kept me informed before and after each arraignment and court date. He was flexible on contacting him for any questions. Everything was handled in a professional manner. I... would recommend him for any criminal or traffic cases.
