First Offense DUI

I was arrested for the first time back in January of 2018 for driving under the influence of alcohol. Upon being released, I spent the next several days looking for lawyers and going through countless consultations. Every single lawyer I went through were all well rated and had many great reviews. Ho...wever, when I came across attorney Jimmy Cha, I received the attention and care for my case and knew immediately he was the one to retain. When I contacted his office it was not some other employee who received me but Jimmy Cha himself. Furthermore, during the consultation process he answered all of my questions with great knowledge and care that I knew I could put my confidence in him. Upon hiring Jimmy Cha, he went straight to work on my case and walked me through the entire way. It was my first time ever dealing with something like this so I was very nervous and worried. Still, he held my hand the whole way through. Whenever I called, he was always quick to pick up, he answered all of my questions and whenever an update on my case arrived, he was quick to let me know as well. I was never in the dark about what was going on and he gave me great assurance. When it came to court appearances, it was Jimmy Cha who personally represented me and not someone else. In the beginning, he told me that my chances of a wet reckless was slim but he continued to fight for the best case scenario. Finally, after what seemed like battling this case has been forever, I received a call from Jimmy Cha and he told me over the phone that he was able to reduce my sentence to a wet reckless instead of a DUI charge. Hearing the news gave me great relief because that was the last thing I expected to happen. I am so ever grateful for Jimmy Cha's hard work and what he was able to do for me and my family. Jimmy Cha is truly a professional in his field and he lives up to his great ratings and reviews. Not only does the result of his work speak for itself, he gives immense care and attention that I feel most lawyers cannot offer. If I ever run into trouble again with the law I know who to call and I would definitely recommend Jimmy Cha to anyone.

Felony Shrooms n snow

I was arrested on several felony accounts. Due to personal reasons, I do not want to list them here but I was facing considerable jail time. I found Jimmy Cha online due to his great reviews. He was easy to speak with and very down to earth. He really seemed to care. This was my first time being arr...ested so I really did not know what to expect. Jimmy walked me through the whole processes and kept me at ease. After what seemed like an eternity, Jimmy was able to keep my case from being filed at the Bellflower Court. I cannot thank Jimmy enough for being there for me during this time. Thank you so much Jimmy I’m very grateful for all your help with this serious matter. 2nd DUI

I was arrested for a 2nd DUI while driving with a suspended drivers license and was facing 6 months mandatory jail time. Jimmy Cha was able to keep me from going to jail! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and cares about his clients. He communicates with you during the entire process.... I highly recommend him if you ever need a DUI attorney.

Highly recommended!

Attorney Jimmy Cha is very professional and diligent in his work. Even prior to retaining him as my lawyer, he was extremely helpful, where he took the time to call and discuss my situation before arranging a consultation meeting. I was charged with possession of an illegal weapon. I had never bee...n in any legal trouble before so the whole ordeal was very nerve-wracking for me and my wife. We were very impressed at the consult meeting, as Atty. Cha had already done some homework for details related to my situation and was very straightforward. Again, this was prior to retaining him. As my lawyer, Atty. Cha was diligent every step of the way and was very open with communicating with me and letting me know what will happen next. This really helped put me at ease as the whole process was very stressful. We had to reschedule my court date multiple times because the DA just didn't review/work on my case. Eventually, Atty. Cha filed for a motion to dismiss. After some time, all charges were dismissed and I no longer have the weight of the world on my shoulders. Atty. Jimmy Cha is very professional, competent, knowledgeable, and personable, and I highly recommend him if you are ever in need of a criminal defense lawyer.

I highly recommend him!

I was wrongfully accused of elder abuse that resulted in death. It was a very humiliating and frightening experience for me. A lot of people recommended attorneys to me. At the advice of my friend, I was told to give Jimmy Cha a call, and that he'll take care of me. I'm so glad that I did! From the v...ery beginning, Jimmy was very easy to talk to, and was very understanding of my situation. He really seemed to care and wanted to help me out. He walked me through the whole process and was there to develop a strategy on how to handle my case. He contacted the law enforcement agency handling my case, as well as the district attorneys office. After what seemed like a very long time, Jimmy was able to get my case dismissed!
