you can count on him!

Jimmy Cha is the best! and he really fights for you! I was arrested for my 3rd DUI in Fullerton, a separate charge of driving on a suspended license for the 4th time, and 3 probation violations. One of the probation violations required 120 days in jail as I previously violated probation on that cas...e before. I was suppose to go to the North Justice Center in Fullerton for the 2 new cases and the probation violations. I didn't know what to do. I was looking at 1 year in jail on the 3rd DUI, 180 days on the driving on the suspended license since this was my 4th, 120 days on one probation violation, and who knows how much more time on the other 2 violations. I spoke to some of my friends, and they all referred me to Jimmy saying he was the best criminal defense lawyer around. They weren't lying. He was easy to get a hold of. Easy to talk to. And he was very straight forward and honest with me. He really batted for me. He was able to dismiss the 3rd DUI, clump up all the cases together, and now instead of going to jail, I have to do 120 days of house arrest. That is it! Jimmy really batted for me and kept me out of jail. I seriously thought I had no other choice but to go to jail based on my priors and probation terms that required jail terms if I violated them. Jimmy really worked hard for me, and after almost a year, the cases and probation violations have finally ended with no jail time. He really cares about your case, and knows how to move around the court at the North Justice Center, as I've seen him speak to prosecutors and judges, as if he knew them personally. If you want an attorney that will really work hard for you, that is honest and straight forward, Jimmy Cha is the best criminal defense lawyer around.

Outstanding!

I have never met Lawyer Jimmy Cha, until my son's case was finalized. We live out of state, and my son was picked up on a Felony warrant out of California. The local authorities here would not let him go, and weer waiting for California to pick him up. I searched on the internet and contacted Jimmy b...ecause he had such great reviews, and was local to Harbor Justice Center in Orange County, California. I called Jimmy, and he picked up the phone to my surprise. I was expecting a secretary but Jimmy picked up the phone. He was very professional, and explained everything thoroughly to me and how the process worked. He was very easy to get a hold of via phone and email, and responded back within a few hours. Jimmy went to Harbor Justice Center and not only did he have the warrant recalled but he was able to reduce the charges down to Misdemeanors. He set a new court date, and my son did not have to pay bail but was released on his own recognizance. My son was released from jail at our home state. All the while, Jimmy went to court on my sons behalf. After a few months, Jimmy was able to get a resolution that we are extremely happy with. My son was facing prison time, and Jimmy was able to make sure my son didn't have to pay court fines, do any jail time or community service. The outcome was much better than we expected. Not only did Jimmy save me money but he really worked hard to help my son. All the reviews you read about him, they are all true. If you ever need a great criminal defense lawyer, Jimmy is your guy. I cannot thank him enough.

The Feeling i got when you said DISMISSED, OMG

I was arrested for a misdemeanor and was facing up to a year in jail and fines. Not knowing the Justice system, I really didn’t know what to do. A friend of mind told me, call Jimmy Cha, here’s his Cell ph#, I said his personal cell, my friend said yes. That same day, called him, told him my case..., hired him, this attorney was very professional and caring, not your typical attorney, why because I called 7 of them. He calls me day of court and says, Guess what Case DISMISSED, I Said, your kidding with me right, He said NO, DISMISSED, I said OMG for real, DISMISSED From: this is true, DAD in OC

When you're in trouble, call Jimmy Cha

I was arrested for a Felony DUI and was facing serious jail time. I hired lawyer Jimmy Cha at the advice of several of my friends. He was easy to talk to and was very straight forward with me. He was able to lower my felony to a misdemeanor, and in the end I didn't do any jail time. Jimmy Cha is legi...t. He did a great job on my case. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Go with Jimmy Cha!!

I hired Jimmy after I got into a fight, although the evidence was stacked against me, Jimmy Cha was able to utilize his familiarity with the OC Court system and rapport with Judges to get me favorable results!! He was prompt in answering any questions I had (I had many), always reachable via phone or... text, and made sure to check in with me before my court dates!! Overall my experience was great and Jimmy Cha comes highly recommended from me!
