I highly recommend Jimmy!

Jimmy Cha is a top-notch lawyer who comes highly recommended by his clients. Very efficient and effective criminal defense Anaheim lawyer

I highly recommend Jimmy as a criminal defense lawyer in the OC area. My goal was for my case was dismissal, and Jimmy successfully got my case dismissed. For my attorney search, I scoped out to 4 lawyers, and Jimmy was my confident choice for a few reasons. He is not only highly proficient in ke...eping up to date in the amending OC laws, but he’s also extremely knowledgeable and efficient in navigating through the OC court system. 1. Local knowledge of Anahiem court system - After I provided details of my case during my consultation call, he gave me a very detailed run down of the court that my arraignment was to take place (changes in judge rotations, arraignment room number, pre-trial room, etc…). He’s been practicing law in OC since 2004 and is ingrained in the local judicial community (active member in North County Bar Association). I felt assured that he had a good reputation with the Anahiem lawyer community (lawyers and judges). Jimmy also informed me that his office is a mile away from North Justice Center and that he represents all of his clients (no associate substitute). 2. Ease of communication - Because Jimmy works directly with all of his clients (no associates), I had direct access to him via phone, text, and email. He answered all my questions within the day. He would always give me a heads up when he would be unavailable (because he was at court) and followed up with a timeframe of answering back. 3. Proactivity - After my consultation call (before I made the decision to hire Jimmy and was scoping additional lawyers), he went out of his way to update me about a timely announcement from Jennifer Contini’s (Chief Deputy Anahiem City Attorney) that may positively impact my overall situation. I was honestly surprised that Jimmy took the time to call and update me even though I wasn’t officially his client. It made a deep impression. After I officially hired Jimmy, he was clear in my next action items to strengthen a dismissal outcome. In summary, I chose the right lawyer for me, I felt very well represented, and Jimmy delivered to get the outcome I wanted. I know how intimidating, hectic, and confusing it can be to hire a lawyer, so I hope this review helps others in their attorney search.
