Highly recommend Mr. Cha for any defense needs you have

Mr. Cha has been extremely helpful in a couple cases for my husband. We are in the process of applying for a Visa for my husband and found out about 2 outstanding bench warrants in CA for failure to appear for traffic tickets. We live in SC and have been here for over 7 years. I contacted Mr. C...ha, explained the situation, that we had 2 bench warrants from '03 and '04 that we needed help with. I gave Mr. Cha the information that I had been able to dig up and he did some research and then told me what our worst case scenario and best case scenarios were. He was very straighforward and honest about what could happen and what was most likely to happen. Both bench warrants were recalled, including a $10,000 bail/warrant (we didn't have to pay a bail bondsman). And despite one case being rather complicated and potentially desastrous, we ended with $1200 in court fees and 1 yr probation. He mailed all court records (needed for the Visa stuff) and original receipts with an itemized sheet of costs and payments made. He was most trustworthy in handling the money we mailed for the court costs. This was a unique case because we never met face to face, all contact was email and phone calls but he was always very prompt (and flexible) about returning phone calls and emails (despite the 3hr time difference). I'm very thankful to Mr. Cha for being able to help us out and being very thorough in his explainations of what was going on with each case. I would definitelty refer any friends to him for help. I was so afraid we would have to put everything on hold and fly out to CA to fix things. But we didn't. Thank you Mr. Cha!

Much Appreciated!

I would highly recommend Mr. Jimmy Cha. He has kept my out of jail for my fourth DUI case in one of the most notorious court for DUI: O.C. Harbor Court! There was a bail over my head and Mr. Jimmy Cha was able to keep my out of jail without posting bail. I was also looking at quite a bit of jail time... but Mr. Jimmy Cha was able to get me a house arrest instead, and I was able to finish school due to that. During the process, he was very prompt, informative, courteous, but most of all, I really liked that he was straight forward with everything, unlike many of lawyers I have spoke to previously. I know that I made a great decision and Mr. Jimmy Cha has exceeded my expectations. I am extremely satisfied with the result and could not have asked for more in a lawyer. Thank you very much Mr. Jimmy Cha!

Trustworthy and Expert

Attorney Jimmy Cha was a great person to have on my side. His former client referred Jimmy Cha and I had a free consultation and he told me all the possibilities I can face. Once I hired Jimmy Cha, he kept me updated and handled all my cases with confidence. Jimmy Cha dismissed my misdemeanor and low...er down a felony to a misdemeanor. I would highly recommend Attorney Jimmy Cha to anyone who needs help like me. I can't be happier with my result.

I'd hire him again!

When I hired Jimmy I was already very concerned that the judge would find me guilty of a misdemeanor. Jimmy was on time, prepared, and got my misdemeanor down to an infraction. Well worth the investment in my case! I could not have asked for more in a lawyer.

Jimmy has been on my case for about six months now and I never had to call him to get information. He would always call me and proactively give me information.
