Thank you Jimmy for everything you have done for me. I really screwed up and I realize I could have been facing very severe and life altering consequences. Best DUI Attorney Hands Down!

Earlier this year I was facing jail time and additional fines north of $15,000. I had been pulled over in Downtown Fullerton and blew a .08% BAC. This was my 2nd DUI violation within 2 years. As dumb as it sounds, believe me it is easier said than done and happens to more of us than you know. I was s...tressed out beyond imagination and felt my life was in a downward spiral. I had used Avvo to hire an attorney for my 1st violation and it was the worst experience imaginable. I threw thousands in the drain just for the attorney to never communicate with me and simply take the first plea deal that was offered. It was a waste. JIMMY WAS ENTIRELY DIFFERENT. Now that I was on my search for an attorney for my 2nd DUI, I was skeptical of attorney reviews and which attorney would actually put forth some effort to help me fight for the best possible outcome. After sitting down with several attorneys I decided to go with Jimmy Cha because he did not make me any false promises. Instead he told me he would go to work for me and get me the best possible outcome for my future... That outcome was the DISMISSAL OF MY CASE. I promise you if you ever find yourself in a situation similar to mine.. Any DUI offense really. Do your due diligence and give Jimmy a call. It was the absolute best decision of my life. The reviews are accurate. He turned the absolute worst experience in my life into a lesson learned and a changing point of my life. I cannot thank Jimmy enough.

You want Jimmy on your side!

My father who is elderly was arrested and charged for Felony assaults. These allegations were completely false. My father is elderly and has many medical conditions. We got recommended to Jimmy Cha by a family friend, saying he was really good. From the first time I spoke with him he was very profess...ional, and took the time to explain everything to me and my father. He explained the whole process and what he was able to do for us. He literally broke everything down to where we could understand everything. We felt such high level of comfort knowing we have Jimmy on our side. Jimmy followed up, and kept us updated during the whole process which really helped us not worry about it everyday. And at the end, he came through and got the charges dropped! Jimmy is a life saver!

PROFESSIONAL AND TRUSTWORTHY

First off, the professionalism Mr. Cha brings is extraordinary and very pleasing. It’s stressful going through court especially when one is not familiar with the system. Mr. Cha goes above and beyond to make sure you understand what’s going on and will LISTEN to what you have to say. This means a lot... when dealing with a lawyer. He’s very informative and easy to get ahold of. He will make you comfortable and also really straight forward. I honestly hope to never have to contact him but if something were to ever happen again, I know who is MY lawyer. Thank you Mr. Cha for all your help. BTW my case was never filed and he made sure of that.

Lifesaving!

I was arrested on a felony hit and run charge and was looking at time in jail. From the very beginning Jimmy reassured me that he was going to do his best to help me out and to keep me out of jail. Jimmy went above and beyond his statements. He was able to reduce the felony to a misdemeanor and most ...importantly he kept me out of jail saving my life and future. I was looking at jail time but with Jimmy I got to pay the court financially instead. Jimmy is very knowledgeable, very professional, and very talented. I cannot thank him enough for all of his help.
