AMAZING!

Jimmy Cha was a great attorney to choose to represent me in the Court of Law. I was being charged with 4 different Misdemeanors, including Assault and Battery on a Peace Officer, Obstruction of Justice and Child Neglect. I was facing a year in Jail. Jimmy Cha was able to get 2 out of the 4 Misdemea...nors dropped. I told Jimmy "His job was to keep me out of jail so that I could keep my job and take care of my son." He was able to come to an agreement with the DA and I was given 3 years informal probation, minimal amount of Cal Trans and a small court fee and NO JAIL TIME! He is a very honest and professional attorney and a great person to choose to represent anyone. I am eternally grateful for his help during this difficult time in my life!

2nd DUI reduced to wet reckless!!!

I was charged with my 2nd DUI just a month ago. I contacted Jimmy and he was upfront and informative regarding the issue. He also reminded me of the important dates and appointments throughout this whole ordeal. Words cannot describe how pleased I am with the outcome. Jimmy was able to reduce wha...t was supposed to be a 2nd DUI to a wet reckless! I am beyond grateful for what Jimmy has done for me and yes, I would recommend him to anyone I know.

Got my 2nd DUI case dismissed!!!

Attorney Jimmy Cha handled my second dui, driving on a suspended license, and a probation violation. He was able to get my case dismissed, prevent me from violating probation, and was able to keep me from getting my license suspended. He was very easy to contact, was honest with me, and took the ...time to walk me through my case. He explained the facts and details of my case in plane language, and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs an honest and knowledgeable attorney who clearly knows what he's doing.

Jimmy Cha saved my life!

I was facing 5 different charges including a felony, i talked to countless lawyers and felt it was hopeless until i found jimmy cha, he was the only lawyer that knew what he was talking about and had straight answers, every time i got worried about court, he made sure he would do whatever he could to... keep you calm and kept you informed about every detail in my case. After 2 days in court he amazingly got 4 out of 5 charges dropped and saved me from getting jail time. Thats what i call a lawyer

Jimmy Cha is the real deal!

After I got my first DUI, I did my research, and talked to at least 10 different lawyers. I didn't get a straight answer regarding my case on what to expect until I called Mr. Cha! He made no empty promises; no sunshine blown up my whazoo--Just the facts, statistics, and his assurance that he'd do hi...s job to help me make the best out of a really bad situation. This man clearly knows his stuff. Moreover, he was able to break down my situation and the choices available to me in plain, simple language that I could understand. He was very open to all my questions,and was very quick in answering them in a detailed, professional manner. Jimmy Cha helped me to understand and protect my rights. He was extremely helpful in guiding me through the complicated legal procedure involved in DUI. Anyone looking for a straight shooter who will work hard on their case should definitely give Mr. Cha a call. I'm glad I did!
