outstanding lawyer!

Jimmy just walked me through my 3rd D.U.I. I didn't receive any jail time. On sentencing day the judge told me, " I have never seen anyone get the this kind of deal! You have a very good attorney who really went to bat for you." At the end of it all, that's what I really wanted was an attorney who wo...uld really step to the plate and go to bat for me. Jimmy Cha went above and beyond the call of duty. I've had other lawyers. While Jimmy Cha may be a fairly new attorney I'll say this: There are a lot of experienced lawyers out there that could learn a lot from Jimmy. He was straight forward from day one and the only promise he gave, was to do his best. I am very pleased with his services. I strongly recommend him.

Jimmy Cha is more than just your average Lawyer

Being charged with DUI with accident and injury. I was looking at jail time and a lot of money. With his persistence, got my charges dropped to first time DUI with no injury. Also my BAC was .22 and should have been 9 months of DUI class but also got that down to .20 so I would only have to do 6 m...onths. Jimmy was straight forward from the beginning and let me know what I needed to do way before I needed to do it. I recommend him to anyone with any criminal case.

Highly recommended!

Jimmy Cha is a dedicated and hard working lawyer. I was fortunate enough to have him represent me when I had multiple charges. With his persistence and overall knowledge, he was able to dismiss my charges. Since my future profession is in the medical field, it was important for me to get my charges d...ismissed. Jimmy Cha did exactly that and saved me from not being able to receive my license. He is a down to earth individual and I would recommend him to anyone. He was patient with me and constantly kept me updated with my case. awesome attorney!

Up until now I had never been on the wrong side of the law and I had no clue what to do or how to go about anything. A friend referred me to Jimmy Cha and after I made that first call, I knew I was in good hands. I had been stressing/freaking out about the whole ordeal, but Jimmy put my mind and ...conscience at ease--he was very accepting and understanding of my situation. I feel that I could tell him anything without him passing any sort of judgement on me. Anytime I had a question, he was always able to give me a direct answer. He was cordial when he had to be, but he came off as a friend--even an older brother--and that was very comforting. Any way, my court case just finished today (6/21/11) and Jimmy Cha fought thoroughly and vigorously for me. His efforts brought me the results I was hoping for, and this is essentially another victory for him. Take it from me, this man knows his stuff and I believe he still has a perfect record with cases won.
