1st Time DUI Marijuana

First Offender DUI - Jimmy was Exceptional

I made a mistake and ended up in a criminal matter. It was very shocking because I have a clean record. I also had little idea of what to do and how to navigate the process correctly. I wanted a local attorney who was familiar with the court-assigned and the judges that might be involved. I called ...attorney Jimmy Cha and he responded immediately. I was able to talk with him the same day. Jimmy made it clear he understood all the actions needed and that he would guide me through things step by step. He also was clear on setting expectations regarding the time needed for things to get through the system and outcomes. Jimmy was very responsive to any questions I had during the proceedings. He provided me updates timely and clearly. Jimmy replied to any questions I had the same day and often with a phone call. He was very practical in all things regarding my case. He offered me exceptionally good advice on some proactive actions I could take that would help my case. It was great advice, and I am certain it help get me an incredibly good outcome on my day in court. Jimmy was fair on his billing, did not have unexpected costs, and was generous with his time. It was great to have him on my side of the legal matters.

Great attorney

It was my first time getting a DUI and I had no idea what to do. My brother in law generated a list of attorneys and we started calling for any help/advice/consultation Some of the attorneys I spoke to had a bland demeanor that tossed any sense of optimism, which is something anyone would need in tha...t situation. Jimmy Cha was the was last person on the list to call and there was a vast difference to his tone of voice than the others. He 'listened' to my story and he responded with such comfort. He didn't say he would make it go away, but he said he would help me get through it from beginning to end. He even encouraged me to call other attorneys to compare and then decide. Of course, I decided to go with hiring him as my attorney and he kept his word. He got me through it from beginning to end. If you're looking for an attorney, especially a criminal defense attorney, it is absolutely worth having a conversation with Jimmy Cha.

3rd DUI Dismal

As soon as I met with Mr Cha I knew I wanted him to represent me. Hes made me feel confident that he would assist me properly and put his all into my case. After a hear of filing motions and battling the DA he got my case dismissed. I was grateful for his determined filing and confident court voic...e. DA and Judge knew they couldnt mess with us!!
