Absolutely the finest legal representation I've ever encountered. Unfortunately it came down to needing an Attorney and Ms. Ozols was the perfect choice. The property my nephew and fiance were intending to purchase involved pending HOA/condominium litigation that we could get no definative explanatio...n or answers to. Ms. Ozols stepped in and got us the answers we had spent countless days trying to obtain in one day. Based on the information Ms Ozols provided we cancelled during the open contingency period, well within the Buyer's rights. We then ran up against a rather 'non-neutral third party' Escrow holder (which is hard for me to say having been in the escrow business for over 38 years) with astronomical cancellation fees which included a $500.00 HOA doc fee which was to be a Seller charge. Needless to say, with one phone call from our Attorney, Ms. Ozols, the charges were reversed and Buyer's deposit was refunded in full. Amazing, we are so grateful for all you've done for us!
