Mrs. Cisneros has successfully handled numerous civil actions as well as several appellate cases, both in state and federal court, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Notably, two Ninth Circuit Appellate cases were simultaneously resolved in favor of Mrs. Cisneros’ without need for oral argument per the order of the Court. Based on Mrs. Cisneros’ briefing, the California Court of Appeals not only affirmed the favorable judgments on behalf of the client, but also awarded $25, in sanctions based on her detailed analysis and astute legal arguments presented.
Since opening her own firm, Mrs. Cisneros has dedicated a substantial amount of her time to representing clients on a “low-bono” basis. Mrs. Cisneros is committed to ensuring equal access to justice by individuals and businesses alike.
