The hardest thing I have dealt with in my life is looking into the eyes of a planned child who has been abandoned by his biological father. The second hardest was having to exercise court intervention, after trying to avoid that route at all cost, because he resisted assuming the bare minimum respons...ibility of paying full child support for our child. Having never written a review before, I feel compelled to share my experience with Swati Desai because I am beyond grateful for her. She is absolutely brilliant in the courtroom. She knew how to navigate and be in control of the situation. She is genuine and compassionate and she helped me stay calm while she strategized. Our experience with Swati Desai was amazing. Over the course of about a year, she walked us through the most painful experience of our lives (almost loosing our children) with empathy and with professionalism.
