Mother moved here after marriage from China. Three years after marriage they separated and had 1 child during the marriage. Mother was the primary caretaker and Father worked full time. Mother filed a ... request to move away to China and Father retained our firm to oppose the move-away. Mother had no family and no support system in CA. With our guidance and attention to detail, we assisted the Father in what steps were necessary in order to ensure the most favorable outcome.
