Best criminal attorney

Great defense lawyer

Attorney Heena Patel is one of the nicest person I ever met. My son needed a defense lawyer for his felony case ( Motorcycle riding case ) , because he had made a bad or wrong decision few years ago . And as a father I had to get him some help on his side. Not only attorney Heena was able to reduce my son’s case to misdemeanor, but he had no specific restrictions on his short probation . My son gave up his motorcycle and stop riding . He also just had a baby with his fiancé now and starting a new life and working hard to support both child & fiancé. If I did not made a decision to have attorney Heena to handle my son’s case he may not be spending time with his newborn baby now. I thank you so much attorney for all the helped you gave my son . Best criminal attorney

Heena’s expertise was hugely helpful

Heena’s expertise in certain programs for defendants made a big difference in my case. Although I did not pay her to be my attorney, she still took the time to give me consultation in a legal area where my lawyer’s lacked her level of expertise. Great experience

I hired Heena for my case a while back and it was one of the easiest experiences. I had never needed legal services before and was unsure on what to do or how to handle things and she took care of everything for me. Which was extremely helpful as I am from out of state and couldn’t afford the time to fly back and forth for court dates. Case was dismissed with the outcome we had discussed on our first consultation.

Heena Patel is a wonderful lawyer who knows her stuff

I been fortunate to have gone over 40 years and have never, ever, needed an attorney to represent me in court. You could imagine it created a bit of anxiety for me when I needed to find someone who would understand my story, have experience in my situation, and acknowledge me as a human being, to be able represent me in my legal matters. Awesome attorney!!

I hired Heena to handle a 30+ year old juvenile matter that was hanging over my husband’s head in a separate adult case. My husband maintained that he was never convicted/adjudicated. Heena read the the case file and found that it was obviously not an adjudication/conviction. She researched case law and wrote a very strong motion to remove the alleged juvenile strike and was successful. She did an amazing job and she’s polite, compassionate, caring and available to her clients to answer questions or help in any way she can. I definitely recommend her.

Loyal, caring, and cares about her client's needs.

Heena was wonderful with my court case. She was very quick with helpful information, all the details about my case and was very caring of my situation. I have never met a lawyer like her. She does her job with impeccable passion to try and help figure out any problems. She was able to help me with more than I thought was possible to achieve. All on a very timely fashion and very professional, especially during CoVid.

Excellent Lawyer

Ms Heena helped me to navigate a nightmare preventing my son to go to juvenil prision gathering all important facts with dilligence and knowledge got for my son a light sentence ,to go to rehabilitation center for a trouble teenagers instead. Heena is Awesome!

A Truly Outstanding Attorney - Look No Further

We hired Heena to represent our high school aged daughter in a traumatic situation. Our daughter reported being sexually accosted, and, as a result, found herself accused and charged with assault in retaliation. Heena returned my initial consultation inquiry voicemail immediately -- from her vacation. I mention that only as our first evidence of how much Heena *cares* -- we were not even a client yet, and she cared enough to respond quickly. This high EQ (emotional quotient) manifest itself throughout our case, with Heena taking the time to build rapport and relationship with our daughter as well as with us. She is incredibly responsive -- which is not always the case with other attorneys. Heena is unique in that her IQ (intellectual quotient) equals and surpasses her high EQ. She is whip smart and knows her discipline deeply. She knows the system deeply. And, she knows how to play chess while others may be playing checkers. Consequently, she was able to navigate thorny waters and get the best possible outcome for our daughter and eliminate an assault charge that could have followed her around for her entire life. Logical and effective

After contacting Heena to represent me she showed full professionalism and listen to my issue and broke it down for me by providing good, clear options to take. Each option had its own set of pros cons that I and Heena helped me weigh. Invaluable. My case was about my former rental property manager holding my rent while she was under bail for criminal real estate dealings. News reports indicate she was holding upwards of $500k in innocent people’s money. She’s held my money in excess of 3 months. My amount owed was just $6k. In the end, I got my money and I’m thankful for all Heena has done for me. I’m certain this could have dragged on for many more months! I’d recommend Heena to any friend, family, neighbor or random person that’s innocent and needs justice. She CAN and will help because she’s passionate and cares about the law and bring you justice.

Mrs. Heena Patel really went out of her way to help with my case. She stuck by me through all the stages despite my fluctuating temperament. To be honest, I was faced with something that was so critical to my livelihood that it made depressed and sometimes overly anxious. Mrs. Heena did not allow me to lose sight of our fight while keeping my mind open to any possibility. Her work ethic and approach gave me confidence and I could not have asked for more. When my case was closed, she went out of her way to personally retrieve my phone that was confiscated from me returned to me.
