Jason has more integrity than most of the professionals I’ve met in my life combined.

I do not think it would be an understatement to say that I truly feel that you Jason and your team literally saved our lives. Before I found you, I called almost 30 lawyers and did consultations, most on the phone but some in person. All of them said the same thing which was that I should essentially... give up and accept the fact that I would be turning over 50% custody to a person who hadn’t been in our lives since birth who had questionable judgment. I was told I should just respect a person who had lied, cheated, and stolen from us and essentially if I didn’t like it, I should just “get over it”. Jason, you were the only person who told me “You seem like a boss. I think you should just keep doing you”. I felt like you truly saw me, heard me, understood the situation, and most critically: you had hope. I’m not sure if you actually thought it was possible for us to be victorious and enact my vision, but the most important thing was that you were willing to try. You were willing to educate yourself on the pitfalls of a narcissist so you could properly protect us and you were willing to think outside the box and forge a non-traditional unchartered path toward what seemed to be an impossible goal. I used to not understand what you meant when you would say “We won it. We won it all,” until the judgment was filed and my case was over. Essentially, we won it all: Full custody, Full child support, No overnights, I keep my house, I keep my business. The support and care that you and your team showed over these years has been the consistent factor that has seen me through this daunting and harrowing life circumstance. I am wise enough to know the gravity and that if not handled correctly, our lives would have a completely different trajectory. In a very literal sense, you have set us free. I appreciate every response especially in times when you didn’t need to. I appreciate the early morning Saturday advice and crisis response in dangerous situations. I appreciate the long hours of your team and your care and compassion. For all of you, I am sincerely and overwhelmingly grateful.

Navigating Legal Storms with Attorney Jason Blonska's Expertise and Dedication

During a particularly challenging period, Attorney Jason Blonska represented me with exceptional skill and compassion. My case was complex, involving a spouse with dementia being exploited by unscrupulous attorneys and his children from a previous marriage. I was drawn to Jason's services upon learni...ng of his track record with similar cases. Opting to engage him over a 'Super Lawyer', I found my decision to be sound when Jason adeptly secured a win for me. Jason's deep legal knowledge and persuasive courtroom arguments are commendable. Despite facing aggressive tactics from the opposition, his demeanor remained composed and resolute. Beyond his professional expertise, Jason's dedication and responsiveness made communication a breeze, offering much-needed solace during trying times. Jason embraced a comprehensive strategy when tackling the legal complexities of my case. His resourcefulness shone through as he collaborated with an esteemed estate law attorney, a partnership that proved pivotal in our triumph. Jason's actions reflect a genuine concern for his clients, coupled with a work ethic that’s both rare and admirable in the legal field today. Above all, Jason is an individual of utmost integrity and sincerity. Discovering Jason was indeed a stroke of good fortune.

Divorce with Children

I recommend Jason Blonska and his firm for anyone going through a tough custody/ divorce in Orange County. I had difficult uphill battle, but with some patience and his firms guidance I ended up with 50/50 custody and no support. His firm works as a team and every one on his staff is extremely respon...sive. I've already referred my friends/ family to his firm. I hope this helps,

Worst Attorney That's All About Your Money

I hired Jason about 10 years ago when I was still very young, naive, and was a single, new mom who had no where to turn to. At the time, I was working my way through grauduate school, and was working two part-time jobs. Jason and his firm was the first attorney I talked to when I received a court ord...er for custody of my daughter from her father whom she doesn't know (this was a paternity case as I was never married). I was so stressed and helpless with no one I could trust. I remember crying and praying everyday. It was my first court order ever and my only thought was to never have my daughter taken from me (she was 3 years old at the time). Jason and his firm were the first people I talked to and of course the young and naive me was sold on their service. They assured me everything would be ok, and I hired them on the spot without talking to other attorneys or consulting with friends and family. I was so naive I trusted them! Once they took my deposit ($5,000) which was a big chunk of money for me at that time, Jason never once talked to me again until court date. The only communication I had was with his paralegal! He was all about the money! He charged me for every minute they interacted/ talked with me, minutes the other party and his attorney called him (which was ridiculously more then I interacted with them), pieces of paper, envelopes, stamps, tissues, and other bs on the bill. You can imagine how quickly and expensive the bill racked up when they were charging almost $200/hour. I remember looking at the bill they sent me weekly or so on top of the initial deposit. I cried every night on how I can pay it, and stressing about having a chance at losing my daughter at the same time. I had to take on additional tutoring time, working late hours after school as I was studying to become a teacher. I was so helpless, and so young, I couldn't think like I do now. However, I managed to always pay them on time throughout the case. In court, I saw Jason again and he had a very mellow demeanor, and I don't think he cared much about my case. I was just an easy MONEY target. He never once fought for what I wanted. All he did was tried to convince me to stipulate with the other party even before standing up in front of the judge. He did NOT represent me at all!! I didn't feel like he was MY attorney. It seemed like he was working for the other party. My gut told me this felt odd, and in the end the naive me was once again convinced into a deal that I didn't want. We stipulated into a raw deal. He NEVER fought for me after all the money I had paid. The case didn't seem to go anywhere, it was the same as it began with. The bill, however, quickly racked up to over $10,000 for nothingness and I couldn't afford to pay him anymore. I told them that, and they sent me a paper signing off for them to not represent me anymore. They didn't even come up with a resolution to help me because they see that they couldn't suck anymore money from out of me. I paid the every last dime without questioning any bs on those bills because that the kind of person I was. I ended up representing myself and I did MUCH MORE than what Jason did for me. I talked in front of the judge and got something FAR better than what Jason tried to convince me into stipulating!! Towards the end of the case, I found out from the court that Jason did not file paper work that he was suppose to file for me! I called them and they said "he was in a meeting", and he never bothered to call me back or help me figure it out. I eventually figured it out on my own. What I learn from this is that what they say about attorneys are true: "Attorneys are snakes!" And Jason and his firm fall right into that stereotype. I believe in Karma so I'm fine losing over $10,000. If you're looking for an attorney who genuinely cares and is on your side to fight for you, Jason is NOT the guy. I hope he was able to sleep at night knowing that his actions affected a young child and her mother.

Since this is an "anonymous" post, I do not even know if this was a client of mine or not. If it was a client, I wish you would have reached out to me in person, and not waited 10 years to post anonymously online to try to hurt my reputation. Everyone at my firm is dedicated to working as hard as we can for our clients, and I am always willing 24/7 to talk to my clients in person, on the phone, or via email about any of their concerns about their case. Custody cases are very emotional, and it is a lawyer's job to keep the perspective of what a judge is actually going to order based on the facts, not just what a client thinks they deserve. Your post is not factually accurate, our paralegals do not charge "almost $200/hour," especially 10 years ago. The vast majority of my cases come from previous clients who refer their friends and family to me based on my skills and work ethic.

Jason did an Excellent job representing me!!

Hiring Jason allowed me to go through a very difficult situation feeling that I was not only working with an excellent lawyer but someone that truly cared about the outcome of my divorce and the financial impact I would be responsible for long term. Jason explained every aspect of the divorce in laym...an's terms and worked hard to be sure that I understood the legal terms and the reasons behind each aspect presented. It has been refreshing to know that when I needed Jason because there was something that concerned me, I could text or email him even on a weekend or in the evenings and I would get a response. There aren't a lot of people that care this much for their clients and I would highly recommend Jason to anyone that has to go through this unfortunate situation.
