---
Before practicing law, I attended Tufts University, in Medford, Massachusetts, where I majored in political science. I spent my junior year studying abroad in London, England, where I worked in Parliament as an assistant to the Rt. Hon. Iain Duncan Smith, Member of Parliament. I graduated from Western State University College of Law where I received an academic scholarship. I clerked for Hon. Roy L. Paul, Judge, while he maintained a family law calendar in downtown Los Angeles. I also clerked for Justice Thomas Hollenhorst at the California Court of Appeal.
Our firm’s focus is dedicated exclusively family law.
I enjoy working with clients to assist them through the difficult divorce process, and I take particular interest in business valuation cases, asset tracing, and custody matters. Our firm's approach is to educate the client about the Family Code as it pertains to the facts of their case, and to be readily accessible at all times. We do our best to resolve issues outside of court, whenever it is possible to save time and money for the client, but we're ready to litigate and aggressively represent our clients in the courtroom when it is necessary.
We have an excellent support staff consisting of two highly-qualified and experienced paralegals.

Navigating Legal Storms with Attorney Jason Blonska's Expertise and Dedication
During a particularly challenging period, Attorney Jason Blonska represented me with exceptional skill and compassion. My case was complex, involving a spouse with dementia being exploited by unscrupulous attorneys and his children from a previous marriage. I was drawn to Jason's services upon learni...

Awful lawyer!
Jason did not file a document with the court on time which ended up getting all of my evidence thrown out, and I had to settle for a very low sum. My ex husband got our house and had to pay very little child support. He is disorganized, unfocused and unable to take on the top ten lawyers of Orange Co...

Worst Attorney That's All About Your Money
I hired Jason about 10 years ago when I was still very young, naive, and was a single, new mom who had no where to turn to. At the time, I was working my way through grauduate school, and was working two part-time jobs. Jason and his firm was the first attorney I talked to when I received a court ord...
Since this is an "anonymous" post, I do not even know if this was a client of mine or not. If it was a client, I wish you would have reached out to me in person, and not waited 10 years to post anonymously online to try to hurt my reputation. Everyone at my firm is dedicated to working as hard as we can for our clients, and I am always willing 24/7 to talk to my clients in person, on the phone, or via email about any of their concerns about their case. Custody cases are very emotional, and it is a lawyer's job to keep the perspective of what a judge is actually going to order based on the facts, not just what a client thinks they deserve. Your post is not factually accurate, our paralegals do not charge "almost $200/hour," especially 10 years ago. The vast majority of my cases come from previous clients who refer their friends and family to me based on my skills and work ethic.
"I endorse this lawyer. He is solution focused, ethical and can carefully craft a settlement agreement or persuasively argue a complex issue as well, or better, than an other attorney you may hope to find in Orange County."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Blonska and I represented parties in a lengthy and complicated divorce case. I found him to always prepared and always professional. He was a very effective advocate for his client. I had a family member with a divorce problem whom I could not represent. I thought about different lawyers I knew and then referred him to Mr. Blonska. He said he was very happy with the way Mr. Blonska treated him and with the outcome of his case."
"Mr. Blonska was my law school professor and is now a fellow lawyer in the community. He is extremely knowledgeable in family law and very articulate. You can trust that Mr. Blonska will advocate vigorously for you and give you sound legal advice to help guide you to the best resolution of your matter. Choosing Mr. Blonska to represent you is an excellent choice."
"I had the opportunity of working with Jason and I was very impressed by his care for his client, preparation and skill. I endorse this lawyer."
"I have known Jason for many years. He is an excellent attorney, and a formidable adversary. I endorse Jason for any family law issue."
"I have known Jason for many years. He is a very talented and knowledgeable family law attorney. He is well respected by both the bench and bar. Our offices have had many cases together over the years. As opposing counsel, he is courteous and honest, yet an ardent advocate for each of his clients. Truly, he is an asset to our community."
"Not only is Jason a bright and competent lawyer, he is an all-around good guy. I highly recommend his work."
"I have known Jason for almost 9 years and I can attest to his vast intelligence, knowledge of the law, and willingness to be a problem solver."
"Jason was opposing counsel on a high conflict case. The parties couldn't have been any further apart, but he redirected the energy to help his client get what she wanted, while making sure my client was satisfied with the outcome. If you're looking for bright competent family law attorney, you can't go wrong with Jason."
