Hired Geraldine based on reviews and it was a big mistake. Other than filing some originating court documents, she did nothing. I had 6 or more unreturned phone calls into her office before I decided that she was not working and requested she no longer represent me. Today I get in the mail from he...r a lien on any future rewards I might obtain. So basically she's trying to get paid for doing nothing, and she's making it hard for me to obtain proper representation (when another atty sees that she will get some of any proceeds, it will make it hard for that attorney to work properly as they may get a reduced pay, or ultimately it will take a bigger bite out of anything I may receive (I'm the one that was injured and has to live with the disability!). Shame on you Geraldine - that's a bad way to conduct your business and dirty money when and if you get it.

I was refered to Geraldine Ly as I reached my wits end with an unresponsive and iressponsonsible attorney who let my case "slip through the cracks". To say the least G Ly is a life saver. She is attentive, knowledgeable, expeditious, and her erudition is evident. My case was closed for over a yea...r and I emailed her because I was having trouble using my School Voucher. On a Sunday, she emailed the Insurance adjuster and cc's me in the email demanding this be taken care of. If I ever need any sort of an Attorney I will be asking her for a referral. Thanks G ly!!!

When I first got injured I had no idea what else was to come. I was referred to Ms. Ly.....I had TONS of questions.....had no idea how workers comp worked.......but sitting with her just set my mind at ease. She is sooooooo pleasant, understands your situation, and oh my gosh SOOOOOOOOO knowledge...able, I felt very comfortable with her. When I email her with questions and/or concerns, she answers promptly......sometimes she has even answered in the evening. She truly cares and shows that she will take the time for her clients. I trust her 100%.

The Workers’ Comp Adjuster ignored the Doctors and denied my case. Most people in this situation will just give up, but that’s why the Adjuster does this. So I met with Ms. Ly and got a whole bunch of questions answered that had been bugging me. We determined the most practical path to take and I’...m taking it right now. I have no intention of having the Doctors agree with me, just to be denied anyway. Ms. Ly has been there to continuously answer my questions while I now go through this process. Yes, this is stressful, that’s what the bad guys are banking on. The stress of a health issue/loss of quality of life, then a separate legal battle at the same time is rough. However, she’s kept the stress limited. I’m happy to have her in my corner.
