DISGUSTING
Completely rude, very disgusting service, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Called for a consultation, and was treated like complete sh**. Don’t call him, move on to the next. if i could i would’nt even give him ONE STAR.

Replied last February 10, 2021Unfortunately, when this individual contacted me, I was on the phone with an existing client. I do not interrupt client calls and so I declined the call hoping that whomever had called would leave a voicemail so I could call them back when I concluded my existing/ongoing call. Unfortunately, the same caller, called interrupting my call with client and so I "answered" to avoid receiving yet another call. During this brief call, I mistook this caller as a sale pitch marketing new clients which caused me to disconnect the call. It subsequently dawned on me that I may have been hasty in my assessment of the nature of the call so I called the number back. When I did, the individual who called was understandably upset and indicated that they had no interest in speaking to me and instead would leave a bad review and then hung up. I apologize for my mishandling the call and I remain available if this individual still needs help and I can refer them to another partner in our law firm or another law firm altogether.
