Replied last June 10, 2016I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way, Ilar. I was flattered that you had returned to me a third time for legal services after I had successfully resolved two of your prior cases, one dating back to 2013. All of the settlements for your three cases were discussed in detail with you, and the settlement breakdowns were reviewed and signed by you. I had also reduced my attorneys fees as a courtesy to you for having repeated faith in my services. The latest breakdown did not include the MRI bill which was not presented to me until nearly a year after the case was resolved. The money you received from the separate settlements was for your future medical care. I hope you will be able to find some doctors in your new state who can treat you for your injuries.
