I had a situation where I wasn’t exactly sure which route to pursue next. I was fortunate to be able to exchange several e-mails with Geraldine and it proved to be very helpful. She was very friendly, gave me some useful information, gladly answered the few questions that I did have and I am very app...reciative of that. Although, it turned out that my next best step was to not retain an attorney, I would have gladly retained her if it turned out to be the other way around. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to her again should another situation arise that I needed help with.

Geraldine was excellent in representing me for my worker's comp injury. From the first conversation with Geraldine, I had confidence that my case would be handled correctly. She was extremely knowledgeable about injuries and diagnoses. Geraldine worked well with the defense attorney; professional ...and cordial, yet not giving any ground and vigorously representing my best interests. I was kept informed of the status of my case, negotiations, and court dates. Geraldine was accessible, and her staff was great. I would definitely recommend Geraldine to anyone injured on the job or in any type of accident.

In a world of penny poaching lawyers I had the misfortune of hiring who worked for themselves, not in my in my best entrusted interest Mrs. Ly came through for me. After procrastinating, hiring their so called "experts" to hand out my cases compensation to their cronies Mrs Ly helped clarify the conf...usion I was left with and got me a settlement in a more than reasonable amount of time.

Hired Geraldine based on reviews and it was a big mistake. Other than filing some originating court documents, she did nothing. I had 6 or more unreturned phone calls into her office before I decided that she was not working and requested she no longer represent me. Today I get in the mail from he...r a lien on any future rewards I might obtain. So basically she's trying to get paid for doing nothing, and she's making it hard for me to obtain proper representation (when another atty sees that she will get some of any proceeds, it will make it hard for that attorney to work properly as they may get a reduced pay, or ultimately it will take a bigger bite out of anything I may receive (I'm the one that was injured and has to live with the disability!). Shame on you Geraldine - that's a bad way to conduct your business and dirty money when and if you get it.
