I am so grateful to have Rex Tran represent me during my chapter 7 bankruptcy. He is a thorough expert in bankruptcy law. I filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy through Mr. Tran. Mr. Tran provided exceptional service throughout what can obviously be a tense and anxious process. He was prompt with replies that were succinct and clear in their instruction. Indeed, as he advised, the most difficult part of the process was gather...ing the necessary documents. But Mr. Tran provided written instructions that were clear and easy to follow. In a good way, there was very little to discuss beyond what the forms themselves laid out with regard to what was needed and what I could expect. But any time I did have follow-up questions, Mr. Tran was exceptionally prompt. With covid precautions in effect, everything was done virtually. I did not have to meet with Mr. Tran throughout the entire process. I thought this was an exceptional upside, although I am sure I could have met with Mr. Tran had I preferred a more in person form of communication. In fact, I did not even have to go to court as covid precautions required for a virtual hearing. Dare I say, everything was an exceptionally easy process all accomplished from my home via a computer, phone and one trip to the post office. The total cost to file through Mr. Tran for my admittedly simple bankruptcy was 1600 which included court filing fees.
