I was arrested in late 2013 on a 290 related charge. I had no idea what 290 was and I was scared out of my mind. I didn't know anything about choosing the right attorney for my case. Chance is one of those rare attorneys who took the time to really get to know me, and came to believe in me. I was facing a potential 25 to life, three strikes case. This was not because of some new serious or violent crime, but because the prosecutor wanted to go back 30 years and turn crimes that... I committed an already served time for into new strikes.
