I was arrested in late 2013 on a 290 related charge. I had no idea what 290 was and I was scared out of my mind. I didn't know anything about choosing the right attorney for my case. I didn't know of any criminal attorneys, so I went online to look for an attorney. I no longer had a computer since it... was seized, and it seemed that every attorney I spoke with, told me what I wanted to hear, but couldn't tell me anything concrete without paying a ton up front.
